"Please help me to deal with the water issue at the basement, I really want to make it nice and clean, and I want to storage all my clothes in it." The owner.

"Okay, we need to take all the wood studs, nails, stuffing installations out and clean the space first. And then we can show the original wood as the ceiling for this space, the wood itself is already very beautiful, we do not need any extra works on that part. I suggest to recycle the wood studs and chop them into a foot long pieces so you can use them for the fireplace during wintertime. We need to paint three-time of waterproof materials individually to the wall in order to give a thick layer of waterproof protraction to space, and finally, paint the with space with light color. The reason we prefer to paint the basement with light color is that the basement is at the underground level and the light color at this point brings more visual enjoyment to people's eye about this space." Li

The basement concrete is wet and small pieces of concrete would fall off very often. We use the sanding machine to clean the surface first and then use the waterproof material to fix the wall.

In this project, I do love the whole white color finish for the space. But due to the owner's choice and the functionality of the floor, a layer of grey color has been applied into the space.

Eye protection. Ear protection. lung protection. Hands protection.

I bought these protection products at Lowe's. And they are providing a great protection for my health while working on this project. I also had double layered working gloves for my hands.

Safety on the site is always the first priority.
